Super nice staff and well decorated lobby nice to see a lot of young people around. Really nice staff

Wonderful
The laundry service and facilities are really good! The space in the room was adequate, clean and just well enough.
The irons in the laundry weren't very good, as it was hard to iron clothes. There was no door on the shower, so it was a little harder to keep the floor dry. The room air-conditioning could only be set to warm for the time of the year we went, and in Spring we has a few warm days and we were only allowed to open the window as they won't put a cool setting as it hadn't hit the date where they change it.

What was the highlight of The Social Hub Bologna
Great, convenient, fun and modern
Property is modern, clean and room was spacious. Facilities were handy- free laundry and gym were a real bonus and the terrace area outside was fantastic for the weather we had. Bar was great and reasonably priced, food in the restaurant was not anything particularly special but handy to have on site.
Room was really warm - there is AC but we couldn’t set it below 18 and it didn’t seem to really kick in so we had to sleep with the window open as the only way to cool down. Room also said it came with tea and coffee facilities but nothing in the room. Not big issues but would have improved the stay. Also would have been nice to have the pool open- it was only April but it was well over 20c and would have been a nice treat!
